Meet Lynette Wortham: Founder, Board Chair, and Executive Director. She's a music enthusiast who once auditioned for American Idol. Lynette's adventurous spirit shines through her Twitch streams of popular games like Call of Duty, Fortnite, Apex Legends, Splitgate, Super Animal Royale, and Fall Guys. Her top book recommendation is "The Law of Divine Compensation" by Marianne Williamson, a powerful source of inspiration. Lynette's wide-ranging passions and dedication to self-improvement inspire those around her.
Meet Ramses Martinez, the Vice Chair. He has been passionate about singing and harmonizing with his grandfather since he was six. At 38, he embraced a new challenge and learned how to swim. Ramses places great importance on cultivating strong relationships with his loved ones and facilitating others in their journey to understanding masculine and feminine dynamics.
Meet Gale Lennard, the Secretary, an accomplished author and blogger. With a background in rocket scheduling and a love for music and animals, Gale's passion for life shines through in everything she does.
Meet Teresa McDonald, Ed.D., our dedicated Treasurer actively impacting the community. She recently addressed the Women's Heart to Heart and Missionary Ministries at First Missionary Baptist Church in Smithfield, NC. Teresa also engaged with education and workforce development leaders at the NC Chamber of Commerce Conference in Raleigh, NC. As the Founder and CEO of She Dares To, LLC, a coaching and consulting company, she's committed to empowering individuals and fostering success.
